The length of time for a listing to update on a website can vary depending on the website. However, most websites will update within an hour. The exception is realestate.co.nz which updates overnight.
The program can be installed on a Mac using Microsoft Virtual PC, or you may install Windows directly.

Due to the complexity of setting up the program specifically for your office, we do not offer a trial version. We do however, offer an online demonstration for new clients, or existing clients wishing to purchase a new module. Please contact our sales staff via the contact link to book your demonstration.
Yes, the classic software package can be used on as many computers as you need, as long as they are networked together. Alternatively, a terminal server environment can be used for multi-branched offices.
Cloud can be accessed from any PC or device as long as it has web connectivity and a browser.
Technical support is limited to the installation and daily running of the program. Not included is the setup and installation of networks, printers and hardware and configuration of PCs and Servers (outside of the program).
We will work along side your technician if the issue is outside the limits of your technical support.
Realnz is the only custom real estate program that does the lot. We have the complete package from trust and GL accounting, listings, advertising and payroll, right through to property management. If you are not using Realnz, chances are you have to deal with 3 or 4 separate software companies to achieve the same results.
Realnz LIVE is a product offered in addition to the office program. Due to the data flow of listings and sales from office to LIVE it is not able to be offered as a stand alone program.

Your monthly fee covers program and technical support via email and phone, software updates, emailing, archiving and limited SMS.

There is no additional fee from us to webload your listings, however you must check with each individual portal that you load to for details on their charges.
We often release a new version of the program however not all releases are relevant for all users. You are welcome to check the release notes (these have been automatically updated for each version) to see any changes and decide if you wish to update However we will always notify you of any important updates that require action.
